    It was America’s war so I guess it’s fitting that the American war cemetery is so prominent. But Filipinos were American subjects at the time, and they died to serve American interests. Who remembers the tens of thousands of civilians who died as ‘collateral damage’? I search in vain for their magnificent war cemetery …
